- Wedding party arrangement and ceremony walk through
- A Printable Procession Line-up and Order of Events for Ceremony
One Hour Duration (If couple is planning on not having a rehearsal, This hour can also be used on the wedding day for vendor oversight, setup, or?)
Ceremony Coordination:
- Checking on the preparedness of your event
- Informing your DJ/Musicians, Officiate, Photographer, and any other necessary vendors of the Music and Entry Cues, prior to the ceremony beginning.
- Overseeing Ushers' duties and Guest Arrival
- Initiating Ceremony Start and Cueing
- Family Seating Arrangements and Entrance
- Wedding Party Arrangements and Entrance
- Implementing Post Ceremony Activities
- Directing Guests to the Cocktail Location/Area
- Assist with gathering your family and wedding party for Post Ceremony Photos
- Assure that the Cocktail Hour has Begun Well
- Checking that reception room is prepared to recieve guests
One and One Half Hour Duration (Based on a Half an Hour ceremony) |
